• Using the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Attempting to hack or disrupt platform systems
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Sharing your account with other people
• Using automated programs or tools to access content

A. Account Creation

• Accurate and correct information must be provided during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining your account security
• We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms

B. Subscriptions

• Subscription duration is one full year for any enrolled course
• Subscriptions can be renewed after one year at a discounted rate
• Access grants the use of the app and study tools within the course

C. Refund Policy

• Please verify and review carefully before subscribing as fees are strictly non-refundable once the subscription is completed

• Courses are available digitally on the Doctor's app. You can download it from the 'Download App' page. Courses can be purchased via the subscribe button on the course page.
• Books are available in printed format and can be purchased by clicking the buy button under each book.
• Prices for courses and books are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

All content on the Dr.Saber Courses platform is protected by copyright:

• Books and educational content are owned by authors and centers
• Platform design and interface are owned by Dr.Saber Courses
• Copying, distributing, or republishing any content without written permission is prohibited
• Books are protected against downloading and copying
• Any copyright violation attempts are closely monitored

We aim to provide a high-quality service, but:

• We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted
• We are not liable for any damages resulting from use or inability to use the platform
• We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of the books
• Users are responsible for their use of the platform and its content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in the following cases:

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Illegal or fraudulent use
• Attempting to screen capture or record protected content
• Failure to pay for subscriptions or purchases

You can cancel your account at any time from your account settings.
