Return & Refund Policy

1. General Policy

  • You have 30 days from the purchase date to request a return or refund. After 30 days, refunds/replacements are not guaranteed.

  • To qualify, items must be:
    ✅ Unused and in original condition
    ✅ In their original packaging
    ✅ Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, magazines)

  • Health/personal care items

  • Hazardous materials (flammable liquids/gases)

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

  • Opened CDs/DVDs, video games, or software

3. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds may be reduced for:

  • Items with visible use or damage

  • Missing parts (not due to our error)

  • Returns initiated after 30 days of delivery

4. Refund Process

6. Sale Items

Only full-price items are eligible for refunds. Discounted products are final sale.
